It can be wall, ceiling or floor mounted. The hybrid polymer hose has no memory and helps eliminate kinks. This product does not come with a lead in hose. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and fastest available service.
